Official customer/project flow: - The customer selects the consultant and the contractor. - The contractor begins execution on site. - FAB disburses payments according to the percentage of completion approved by the project consultant. - After completion, the contractor hands over the house to the owner. - Repayment begins after project delivery, or after two years from the date of granting a loan to the contractor. التدفق الرسمي للمشروع: - يختار العميل الاستشاري ثم المقاول. - يبدأ المقاول التنفيذ في الموقع. - يقوم بنك أبوظبي الأول بصرف الدفعات وفق نسب الإنجاز المعتمدة من استشاري المشروع. - بعد انتهاء الأعمال يقوم المقاول بتسليم المسكن إلى المالك. - يبدأ سداد الأقساط بعد التسليم أو بعد سنتين من تاريخ منح القرض للمقاول. الاستخدام التشغيلي: تُجمع تحت هذه الصفحة قوائم تدقيق الدفعات ونماذج الاستلام وتقارير اعتماد الإنجاز وطلبات التمديد والإعفاءات.
