1. Overview

EngHub is a configurable application shell. Depending on how the product is built for your deployment, the app may offer sign-in, settings, content sections, and connections to a backend service. You are responsible for lawful use of the app and any content or data you submit.

2. Information we may process

• Basic device and app diagnostics where implemented (for example crash logs, app version, device model, OS version, performance signals).
• Account or profile information if registration or authentication features are enabled in your build.
• Technical metadata required for the app to function (for example network requests to configured servers).
• Identifiers used by analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs if those are included in a specific release.
• Messages you send to us through support or contact channels.

3. Permissions

The app may request permissions needed for its features (for example network access, storage or notifications). Only permissions relevant to the shipped feature set should be requested.

4. Third-party services

A build may integrate third-party services (analytics, crash reporting, ads, payment providers, or cloud APIs). Those providers may process limited technical information under their own policies.

5. Lawful use and responsibility

You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Do not use the app to infringe rights, violate privacy, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Children and safety

The app is not directed to children for harmful or exploitative purposes. We prohibit any use related to exploitation or abuse of minors. See our Child Safety Standards.

7. Data retention and security

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Data is retained as needed for operations, legal obligations, and abuse prevention.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised policy. The canonical copy is published at enghub.me/privacy-policy.html.
