DCD: uploading digitally signed COC and drawing alignment

COC must match the legal entity and trade class; drawings must be the same set referenced on the eNOC request.

Export PDF with embedded certificate, not a flattened scan. The portal’s validator can reject a screenshot of a .p7m chain.

File names should mirror the drawing register list (A-101, F-00x). If a revision circle changed, update the list before upload.

If your signing token expired mid-session, re-sign the whole set—mixed signed/unsigned pages fail automated checks.
