Municipality: as-built and occupancy file attachment manifest

A manifest ties drawing numbers, revision, date, and hash so reviewers do not need to open every file to confirm consistency.

Use the authority table format if one exists. Otherwise, export from your document control (Aconex/Procore) to CSV, then re-import as a landscape summary page.

Each civil defence, structural, and architectural “for record” set must be separate binders, not a single 400-page mash.
